In January 2022, The United States faced its first-ever blood shortage. Lilith, the main villain of Diablo IV, is summoning you to partner with America’s Blood Centers & make a life-saving blood sacrifice. In return, you’ll join The Church of Lilith.
Blood is the key
Those wishing to join The Church of Lilith are asked to donate blood at their nearest church.
Bleed for the Cause
Lilith understands there are restrictions when giving blood. Followers who are unable to donate can instead sacrifice their time volunteering at donation centers.
The Pilgrimage Comes to you
For those unable to visit the holy sites, Lillith will send mobile blood donation centers to you.
Risk & Reward
Sacrificee’s will receive a post-donation snack to recover lost life points.
Upon making your sacrifice, followers will receive an early access code for Diablo IV & exclusive in-game items.
